App Registration

An app registration is used grant access to the Power BI api to view your reports.

Click on the App Registration button in the admin menu

Create New Registration

Click the Create New button.

Next, enter the Name you wish to display along with the Application ID, the Directory ID, and the Client Secret.

Click the “Save” button to save the new registration or the “Cancel” button to cancel the new registration.

Deleting Registration

Click the 3-dot edit button next to the report you wish to delete.

Click the delete button.

Editing Registration

Click the 3-dot edit button next to the report you wish to edit.

Click the edit button.

Edit the display name and click the “Save” button to save the changes or the “Cancel” button to cancel the changes.

Add Report to Registration

Click the arrow next to the registration you wish to add a report to.

Click on “Link Reports”

Select all of the reports you wish to link then click the “Link Selected” button.

NOTE: In order to link a report to a registration, the report must be created first using the desired app registration.

Remove Report from Registration

Click the arrow next to the registration you wish to add a report to.

Click the X next to the report you wish to unlink
